Artist's Statement |
Being an artist is a life path of extreme faith in oneself and fearlessness of the Other(s). Economics is the not the driving force. Becoming who you might become & risking all to create yourself beyond yourself, that is it. Expression of one’s deepest wonder, humanity, passion & haunting seduction to enter the unknown of one’s self & all that is, & may never be ~ then to return transformed with the gift of art for all posterity, at whatever cost one can bear, this is the true artist
